From your first meeting, you have one dedicated concierge at Ecraft. Your concierge is your single point of contact for questions, updates, selections and scheduling, from the first conversation through move-in, so you always know who to call.
Step 2 | Secure Your Land
Build on a homesite from our listings or on land you already own. We review the lot with you before design begins, including access, utilities, zoning and site work, so surprises show up on paper instead of in your budget.
Step 3 | Get a Written Schedule
Before construction starts, you receive a written schedule that lays out each phase of your build, from site work and foundation through framing, finishes and your final walk-through. Your concierge keeps it current and walks you through any change, so you always know what is happening and what comes next.
Step 4 | Lock Design Decisions Early, With Real Numbers
We work through your floor plan, finishes and selections up front, and each decision is priced with real numbers before construction begins. Locking choices early protects your budget and your timeline, and it means the home we price is the home we build.
Step 5 | Confirm Your Scope and Contract
Your design and construction scope is confirmed in a clear written agreement, so expectations are aligned before we break ground.
Step 6 | Build With Steady Communication
Our team manages construction hands-on, with regular updates from your concierge and site visits at key milestones until the day you move in.
Step 7 | Receive Your Home Records Packet at Closing
At closing, you receive your Home Records Packet: an organized record of your home with your plans, selections and warranty information in one place. It is everything you need to care for your home now and to hand off with confidence later.
