Milton is where a lot of our clients land when they want space without giving up a sense of community. Rolling land, equestrian-friendly zoning, and mature trees make it a natural fit for homeowners who want privacy on a larger lot but still want to be close to Crabapple’s shops and restaurants. It’s the kind of place where you can keep horses and still walk to dinner.

Alpharetta gives you a different kind of North Georgia living, walkable, connected, and full of energy. Between Avalon’s shops and restaurants and a strong calendar of community events, it’s a market where custom home buyers want the land to feel private while everything else stays close.

Canton has quietly become one of our busiest markets, and it’s easy to see why. There’s still room to find real acreage here. The Etowah River runs through the heart of town, and the small-town feel hasn’t disappeared the way it has in some other North Georgia communities. For homeowners who want land and a slower pace without sacrificing access to Atlanta, Canton is worth a serious look.

Cumming is home base for us, and it’s also home to Forsyth Commons, our boutique community of one-acre homesites just outside Cumming City Center. This is a market where you get small-town charm, a growing downtown, and land that still has room to breathe. Cumming City Center in particular has become a real gathering place, with markets, movie nights, and festivals happening nearly every month.

Roswell offers something a little different: history. Between its historic district, established neighborhoods, and mature tree canopy, it appeals to homeowners who want a custom build on a lot that already feels settled. It’s also one of the closest of our five markets to the city, which matters for anyone balancing a commute.
